A plucky and inventive tinker fairy is commissioned by the Fairy council to make a scepter, for a legendary stone that creates blue pixie dust once every blue moon!!! ?Accidentally shattering the stone, she goes in search for a lost treasure to repair it before the blue moon ceremony.
