      My take:

When her new husband trades away her beloved piano for land, a mute pianist must earn it back one key at a time by giving lessons to the new owner who secretly loves her.
      (34) words

I inserted “beloved” to highlight the intensity of her emotional attachment to the piano, ?her desperate need to get it back.

      Yes good point.

The piano is her only connection to the world in the beginning so it does need to be emphasised in the logline.
