The logline sets up a situation for a plot, but it doesn’t actually deliver a plot.? ?In what way is this event an inciting incident?? What is the protagonist’s objective goal?? Who/what stands in the way?

      Yep.

This is good marketing. But if you were a producer looking for a script and you had 100 loglines to choose from (which is common), would you be bothered chancing up your one?

I can?t tell what the story is, and time is money. Would I be willing to spend money to find out what that s story is?

Easy, break off the fingers, take the ticket and head to the nearest lottery office – end of story.
