      I love the idea! What is his goal here, with giving away the assets? What’s at stake, what can his coworkers and shareholders do if he succeeds?

        Thanks for tips and questions. He responses this way to his son’s accusations that the company is driven by greed, destroying environment and people. Son is right and found a way to get to his father’s conscience. At stake is father’s redemption. Coworkers and shareholders will plan a corporate murder on him.
