Outright revenge is a negative goal and normally lacks genuine heroic qualities. Many revenge stories over the years (since The Count of Monte Cristo…) have more than just revenge for the character to pursue. Best to add a noble cause, like saving another kid from a similar fate.

Other than that, this seems like a generic racial drama, what about this narrative separates it from the many other similar stories already told?

Lastly, it would be better to choose one inciting event (either racial or sexual harassment) and one MC for your story.

Agree with points made above- the first thing that came to my mind was how to get one MC with twins- perhaps they could be twins but of different race (this can happen!)- adds a twist to the racial drama that was mentioned above?

If the racial abuse is commonplace from the outset of the movie, it would make sense to have the sexual assault be the inciting event- perhaps from the only person they thought they could trust- the school counselor.
