When I read this logline it immediately conveys the dilemma of the doctor in choosing to save lives at the cost of going to prison. ?I can see a scene in which keeping to the rules of medical practice cost him a life he knew he could have saved if he had bent the rules and the struggle he must have had afterwards before choosing to break the rules and save the next lives.
I also imagine the lawyer who has probably made a fortune suing for medical malpractice descend on this doctor becoming his main antagonist only to change in the course of the movie to defending the doctor. To make it really exciting it could cost the lawyer his license and lead him to jail.
