Also, I feel like these sentences are very hard to understand. I’m guessing English isn’t your first language. I also feel like there should be less detail. It should be more to the point.
“After an abandoned child’s adoptive parents die, he starts using drugs to deal with the pain. But the drugs don’t numb him, they give him superpowers.”
It sounds interesting, though.
