A police detective accused of murder must find his biological mother who gave him and his twin brother up for adoption at birth, to find his twin brother, the real murderer, to clear his name.

I've reviewed the logline and boiled it down to 10 words:?Twins separated at birth are reunited as cop and criminal. I searched IMDB and didn't find any movie close to that. If anyone knows of a movie that matches my logline please let me know the title.

How about this: A detective framed for murder, must find his estranged twin, the real killer.
