    I like this – a familiar type of plot but with a twist that gives it an extra level of jeopardy that we immediately understand. If he can change his appearance I’d want that information in the logline (so “A shapeshifting alien…”). And could you include what he’s hiding in the garage that’s going to give him away (his eggs?) , especially if that explains his purpose in coming to Earth?

    Could you fit in when it's set? Is it now, or in the past? Could slip that information in before "most powerful" in your current logline (e.g - "two of the early 21st century's/Jacobian era's/whenever's most powerful...")
