      I had a weird thought for this:

      A: What if the husband succeeds in saving his wife, but in the process is hit by the very car which killed his family.

      B: The story returns to the new timeline the wife is alive, the husband is dead.

      C: She then discovers the time tunnel and vows to use it to save her dead husband.

      D: She enters the tunnel in order to save her husband… fade to black. (THE END)
