Still, the Inciting Incident shouldn't be "the distributor finds out" but when the producer falls for her knowing she's ex of his business partner

Then midpoint can take care of distributor finding out his ex with the producer

So another version could be something like:

"After falling for the girl who dumped his associate, a producer must keep it a secret or risk business he grinded his nights for"

If above mentioned line describes what you meant, then, this needs more work. You can come up with better confrontation. A hedonistic behavior is not an ideal major-conflict.
