If it’s a “normal” school where all teachers, students, and parents are involved in organized crime and the authorities hasn’t caught on? Or the parents and teachers have the authorities in their pocket, as it were? This is where I could see it being a comedy.
If it’s a detention center for juvenile delinquents, and he’s sent there because someone makes a clerical error, thinking it’s an ordinary boarding school? This one would be a bit more gritty, and realistic, with more of the typical prison movie tropes.

In Sydney, 1959, a Labour politician uncovers a corrupt scheme to terminate the city?s trams. Will he defy his Party or lose the respect of everyone he values, himself included?

More specific stakes than "respect and values" might be the politician's own political career, his future.??Exposure of the scheme could either threaten his prospects in an upcoming election or advance his ambitions, if he plays his cards right.
