This is may be a tag line but not a logline.
The fundamental purpose of a logline is to describe a plot which means it needs at bare minimum to include a main character, an inciting incident and an outer goal with a causal connection.
The next draft should include these elements in order to receive constructive feedback about the logline and concept.
