A group of rebels fed up with pop culture decide to form a band to rebel against society with music, little did they know they would become one of the most controversial bands of all time.

      I love the the idea!

      As for the logline, I think it works better if they become one of the most “Popular” bands, not “Controversial”

      In other words; they write a bunch of songs bashing society and the response, “This song is so catchy and easy to dance to…” They get more and more frustrated that people aren’t “Getting it”

      Mean while they become richer and richer and some of the band members begin acting like the very thing they are condemning.

      It’s unclear who your protagonist is or what their goal will be. This logline boils down to “a band becomes famous.” What sets this apart from a dozen other films like that?

      It might be better to start “Fed up with pop culture, a group of rebels…” I think it frames things better.

      I can see the fun in this one. I think using the word “rebel” twice detracts from the logline.
