Hopefully the film was made by an American. You may well get finance to make the film by mentioning the Declaration of Independance, but to the rest of the world, is it of any importance?
It is a long time since I saw the film, I remember N. Cage’s father was after the secret treasure. Was his father’s father after it as well? A mention of the problems finding the treasure might be good, about his opponents?
I haven’t seen the movie but this only gives us the Inciting Incident. What is the historian trying to achieve for most of the movie? I guess: find the the treasure… but what are the obstacles?
