      This seems more like a set up to a story.

      “When a marine with PTSD discovers his nightmares are really memories from the future, he must find a way to warn earth of the impending (Comet? War? Virus?) that will soon destroy the earth.

      Yep, it’s an interesting set up for a plot. ?But what’s the plot that follows from his realization?

      And wouldn’t it be the case that he’s been sent from the future into the past to warn of a catastrophe to come?
