      1yzzy75,

Did you mean: ?”an an unorthodox” or “with an unorthodox”

Why the reminisces? Is this story not happening in the present? If not, why can’t it?

For a thriller, this reads more like a criminal spree.

I would like more of a hook to what they must overcome. Since they are recalling this, then I can assume the couple “made it through” whatever they were up against.

There’s no goal established for the couple, according to the logline their primary action will be to reminisce. You need to define your characters by the actions they take towards their objective.

What is it they want and why?

Is this a story about basic survival? ?Are they homeless? (L.A. has a large and growing homeless population because of a dearth of affordable housing.)

So… what’s the plot, the objective goal?

What do they do about their situation other than reminisce?
