The wording and sentence structure of the logline make the concept unclear:

      My try:
After a detective is framed for murder, he must find his estranged twin whom he knows is the real killer.
      20 words.

      How about this:
A detective framed for murder, must find his estranged twin, the real killer.

If you are playing with the idea that the cop(protag) has to figure out if he himself is doing the killing, or if his twin(antag) is doing it, then I think you are giving away way too much in the log.

A confused cop struggles to cope with the evidence that suggests the murderer is none other than himself.

But this still is missing something.

“When his twin frames him for murder, a disgraced police officer must locate his long lost biological mother to help him track down his brother and clear his name.”

I’ve reviewed the logline and boiled it down to 10 words:?Twins separated at birth are reunited as cop and criminal.
I searched IMDB and didn’t find any movie close to that. If anyone knows of a movie that matches my logline please let me know the title.
