      what its putting the world in risk? maybe the movie is about confront that specific conflict, Wich is the major event?
      Also if the love story its not directly implicated in the conflict or the goal its the “B” story, so maybe the logline should focus on the conflict, the goal and the stakes. It could have a structure like: When “a major event puts the world in risk”,? a female werecat and her best friend must confront (an enemy, antagonist) to save the world.

      With your logline its very difficult to figure out what the film its about, the end of the world could be a war, a meteorite or an enemy.

      You should tell us the specific threat to the world
      Then tell us what the lead character must do to save the world
      And if possible give us a hint on how the lead being a werecat will help in achieving this goal.

      I think doing this will improve your logline
