I have to admit this one is a little trickier than I thought it would be.
—————————————
“When a madman arms a bomb to explode if the bus decelerates below 50 mph, a cocky police officer must find a way on the bus and disarm the device?all while coordinating the investigation into the bombers identity.”

I think this is an instance where less is more.
In only 21 words, mohmoudmokhliss distills the plot down to the hook, the most important element in the logline.
However, I think whether the protagonist is young (or cocky )is?not as important as the stakes, that the lives of passengers are in jeopardy.
So:
A cop must keep a transit bus full of passengers speeding above 50 mph to prevent a bomb from exploding.
(20 words, 104 characters)
Yeah, that pretty much says it. Haha. I really don’t think this screenplay would have ever been sold had it been written another way.
