There is a strong emotional drama in the transformation of the protagonist from a pacifist to having bouts of violent behavior.

I’m confused as to what is the event in your logline. Is it the freak accident or the gaining of the memories of a combustive war veteran? Either way, you need to tell us what the action is that the main character needs to take as a result of the event i.e. When a pacifist school teacher gains the memories of a combustive veteran he must [insert action here]
