Good job, nice concept. Investigating crimes in past lives, “Minority Report” in reverse.

“After remembering fragments of past lives, a reincarnate evades the military trying to silence him and tracks down his past-life murderer, trying to bring them to justice.”

A great title suggestion? “The Windswept” (in my research, this is what they call people we meet along the way in previous lives. It always sounded cool and ominous to me).

      Good luck!

You will need a good story on why he forgot and why the military is chasing him without that this movie will not be good.

There isn’t really a “why” he forgot. The memories are from his past life and he is trying to remember. The military is after Nathan because in his past life he developed weapons which could change the outcome of a war that might start. Nathan to find the person who murdered him. However, his ultimate goal is to get back home.
