I would add something about “why” Angel of darkness needs the box. I guess he/she want power?
If you add an “must” or “need” in the logline you could express the importance of why the Angel needs to form a supernatural team. It also forms a reaction to the first “after waking up as human”

After waking up human, the former angel of Darkness must get his power back by…

Yeah I think after what you have written you need to have a ‘before….’ like they have to get the box before the world explodes for instance. At the minute we don’t know why he needs to steal the box and how that has relevance with him waking as a human.

Agree with the above – the logline works, except that we don’t have an idea of what the stakes of failure are. What does the antagonist intend to do with the box?

      Thanks everyone!

      How about..
“After waking up human, the former Angel of Darkness struggles for redemption by recruiting a supernatural team to steal Pandora’s Box from Lucifer.”

There is too much going on in the log line. My main question is what kind of redemption this former angel of darkness is after. Is he stealing Pandora’s box thinking he will somehow get into heaven? Is he stealing it to try and take back Lucifer’s throne? This is a key detail because it drastically changes the tone of the log line and the movie. Hope this helps 🙂 Sounds like a pretty cool film either way though.

“A young boy recruits a supernatural team to help him steal Pandora’s Box from Lucifer and return him to his true form, the Angel of Darkness.”

The waking up human part I’d leave out. I don’t know how old your main character is but I put in young boy anyway. I’m assuming the former Angel of Darkness doesn’t want to be human, the only way to get back is to steal Pandora’s box and he has to find help because, well, he’s human.

You covered everything, just had it in the wrong order. That’s what I see, anyways. Good Luck

As always, thanks for the help!

His vision of redemption is getting back into heaven. The character arc is that he realizes that becoming human IS his redemption, it just takes the events of the story for him to see that.

“A fast-talking drifter recruits a supernatural team to help him steal Pandora’s Box from Lucifer, in the hope of being reinstated as heaven’s Angel of Darkness.”
