Thank you Odie, for your comments. It’s not a role reversal but the couple actually physically share the pregnancy. At some point, he must carry the child. Hence why he is terrified and being accident prone, she must ensure that when it’s his turn, the baby survives the experience.

Ah, cool, then I believe you’re looking for something like this:
“In a world where men carry the final trimester of the pregnancy, an anxious mother must…”
Ask yourself, is my story what must she do to ensure her accident-prone husband delivers the baby? To help, write down all the funny scenarios where she has to intervene and compile them into one word or a small phrase.
Your getting closer, remember this is a visual medium, don’t add stuff like “she must do whatever it takes or perform miracles” as the reader cannot envision. Take your time on this, it’s got to make sense and be fun to make this a knockout.
BTW: This got a laugh out of my wife, good stuff.

            Hello Odie,
Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your further comments on this logline. I really love your suggestion and I’ll get to work on it. I must say that I’m happy to hear your wife got a laugh out of this. It is encouraging on account this is a comedy.:-) Thanks again for your comments and very useful tips. Cheers.

Being that most (non-Jerry Springer featured) pregnancies are a shared experience 😉, I struggle with your premise. I get this is a role reversal, but that will not alter our current reality of females and males acting within their capacity during pregnancy.

OPINION: Now, if this were a gender reversal like 1994’s movie “Junior” where the man has the baby, but with females as the dominant species e.g., Charlize Theron playing the husband – I’d watch it.

      Take care
