what worries Wolf in the ritual is when the priestess said he has to die, the moment she lifts the dagger he thinks of running away, but it’s late, Wolf agonizes and laments, he sees a huge dog coming up to him, the dog jumps on of him and licks his chest and the wound closes slowly as he hears a voice coming from the dog say: You will be rich and powerful and you’ll have all the women you want, but you can’t love any of them.
Wolf has always been a loner.
He was always humble, and women rejected him.
one day he heard of a priestess;
and he decided to look for her
She tells him of a ritual.
