(But of course, she really is… shhh)

Is the amnesiac the lead character, or the person who leads the investigation the lead character? ?Because it works both ways, but if she is the lead it would be hard for her to prove a negative, especially with amnesia.

      The stakes are vague.
What if she is? If she is found to be the alien is she facing a death sentence or jail term or indefinitely being held in the decon unit?

What action will she take to prove she isn;t the alien? This will be most of what she does in act 2, and right now it feels a bit lean for a whole feature length film.

Here is an attempt at a logline, however I am not clear on the stakes (As noted above by Nir) so it is the best I could do:
      —–
“When she is accused of being an alien doppelganger, an amnesiac locked in a decontamination unit prove her humanity while going over the details of her spaceships voyage and ultimate crash.”
