A woman and a man meet and fall in love in their dreams. They are a part of an experimental program that’s getting canceled. They must find a way to meet in person before their connection is gone, if it was ever real.?

I’ll give this a try, how about something like this
———————————————————
“When she falls for the man of her dreams, a woman who was part of an experimental sleep therapy is determined to search for her nocturnal lover in spite the facility is now closed and all the records are lost.”
This is a really interesting situation! Definitely stick with this one.
Despite my previous review on an earlier logline, here is a perfect example of where ambiguity can actually help. “if it was ever real” tells us exactly the sort of film to expect. It only offers ambiguity to the conclusion of the film though. That’s key. It doesn’t take anything away from the rest of the plot.
Whilst it is definitely a SciFi, I would say that it’s key genre is Romance. The core elements of the story are all about love. The SciFi elements merely provide a setting.
Interesting concept, I like it!
Who is the protagonist? The man or woman.
Personally I would add some extra twist regarding the dreaming/reality.
A Lonely woman finds lover in dream through an experimental dreamlab, she search a way to connect in real life, but the program gets cancelled, or is this a dream?
