“When their eccentric boss is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, a ruthless limo driver competes with the cook and butler to convince their childless Billionaire boss that they are his children.”

btw there are two main obstacles for this logline
The first: Why would the audience root for people who are ruthlessly trying to trick someone with Alzheimer’s (This comes across as very mean)
The Second: A person diagnosed with Alzheimer’s would not legally be able to change their will.
That being said, this is an interesting premise and definitely doable, but you will have to overcome those two obstacles. (1: Make one of the lead characters sympathetic to the audience somehow. 2: Overcome the legal obstacle in a way the audience will believe)
As Richiev said.? If he’s mentally incompetent, the principal obstacle to their goal are his lawyers (and relatives).? And what’s so funny about, and why should an audience root for an the terrible trio to succeed?
You can create a save the cat situation to make the audience empathise. Perhaps they want it for something which has a noble twist.
