      I can see how that could appeal to young people. With that said, I would make it something geared towards that target audience. The problem with this idea is that you just about described most teenagers. Now that you have the main setting of your story, you need to add an interesting hero. The fading community could perhaps be the antagonist. But we as an audience need to be given someone we can root for. Why should we root for these people. Who are they? Give us an answer to that question, add stakes, and push them to their limit to get us interested. Make them HAVE TO do something. We need a reason to sit through this story.?

      Based on the ideas that you come up with you’ll be able to?decide if this idea has enough creative content to produce?an episodic series. It may be better suited for a 2-hour movie.
