Or I’ve contemplated this one: “When a dubious pet psychiatrist loses his wife to his richest client, can a high school crush and obsessed cat owner help him rescue his practice and self-worth?”

When he loses his wife to his richest client, it’s perfectly implied (at least to me – hopefully you’ll agree, but please let me know) that the client will fuel the conflict. Threatens the protag’s business practice. Robs him of his self-worth when his wife leaves for her new beau.
