There should be a reason for why the lawyer wants to help the father who has been accused, other than it being his job.
It’s not a very captivating concept, adding a goal to your log line can help with this.
The life changing event and jeopardy are clear. Other elements are missing. Is the hero the lawyer? does he have a stake in the outcome? Does he have a personality flaw, and arc? The villain is missing. I guess he framed the victim to cover his own guilt. Any visual clue would help.
