With the unwanted help of a little girl in his building, a reclusive retired man with OCD tries to figure out which one of his neighbors keeps dropping cigarette butts onto the patio of his New York city apartment.

It’s a bit wordy (40 words; target should be between 25-30), but I find the concept to be very compelling and downright funny. I can picture much of it in my head, which is EXACTLY what a good logline should ultimately accomplish. I love it (just excise some of the extraneous).
