Interesting premise.

Where does the story take place? This seems like it would be a 'monster in the house' type story, if that is the case, if the lead is trapped in a specific space such as the school or at the mall after hours,? it would be good to tell us where the story takes place.

Suggested format:
When a [protagonist] is attacked by a blind cameraman, she must cancel her eye donation pledge (or risk her life to a madman hunting for a match)

How elastic is this Conflict, Can it sustain a feature length plot? How will the cameraman know that she cancelled her donation and thus stop attacking her? Why doesn't she reach out to the Police?
