Only thing I will add to Richiev's comments above is it would be very important to understand when the story begins. By that I mean what was the event that set the MC off to take action in the story?

What is the inciting incident?

This logline is vague.

1: It would help if you put a face on the bully, a specific bad guy,

2: You should also give the lead character some sort of goal, even if it isn't a socially acceptable one.

3: Consequences are great, but you should be specific what those consequences are.

A few more specifics and this should turn into a pretty good logline.
