I agree with Louise Weihart, you need to focus your logline on a main character (your protagonist) and his or her goal(s); but you also need to include the antagonist(opponent) that your main character must overcome to reach that goal.

I think this could make for a very interesting film around housing shortages etc. But, you need to focus it around specific characters. You need a main character who has a goal after something happens to him/her. Is the main character an investor who is maybe touched by a homeless person and then decides to crowdfund. Or is it a once successful homeowner who faced with foreclosure decides to get crowdfunders ....
