Sera is the story of a young and ignorant prince who is forced to abandon his love for a girl when he must assume the throne. As his reign and age grow old and the kingdom falls into ruin, he must make a choice between power or love.

If the Prince (presumably now king) wants the girl she is his goal, end of act 3 they run into each others arms (in slow mo), kiss and doves fly over head. How he gets to that result is what will make the story an interesting one.

However, if he wants the throne he just needs to take it, no dilemma in this case. Best to create an obstacle stopping him from getting the throne, end of act 3 he stands victoriously on the balcony of the palace, his adoring people cheer on their one true king and doves fly over head...
