A Janitor suffering from aquaphobia discovers he has the ability to control water. He must conquer his fear to save his fiance from a malevolent man who wants to see the world burn.
While I love the idea of an "everyman superhero" with a phobia for his own power, I have to agree with holhuds - we kind of need a more specific villain. Otherwise, I quite like this one.
