    A Janitor suffering from aquaphobia discovers he has the ability to control water. He must conquer his fear to save his fiance from a malevolent man who wants to see the world burn.

Like what if he’s a pool maintenance man who suddenly becomes aquaphobic? But then it gets too general: ‘A malevolent man who wants to see the world burn’ is too vague and could possibly be any psychopath. Can you narrow the idea down and give us more of a sense of the what the main action of the story is going to be? Good start, keep going with it!
