Ok, your protagonist is obvious, the young man, but what is his goal(s) that he is trying to accomplish? Is it to become a "brilliant sociopathic manipulator"? And what/who is the antagonist that he must overcome? What is the conflict in your story?

I agree with Louise Weihart, you need to focus your logline on a main character (your protagonist) and his or her goal(s); but you also need to include the antagonist(opponent) that your main character must overcome to reach that goal.
