    This is just my opinion - that the key character is not the first person we "meet" in the logline so that sets up some confusion about who the protagonist is. Hope that helps.

    Toy Story - well I'm not the expert, but the logline has got 2 key points in it. Character and inciting incident. I guess you might want to work on the "action" bit which the character must do to resolve the situation. Hope that helps.
