A private investigator and hunter of supernatural creatures is searching for a missing twenty-year-old woman when he stumbles upon a vampire coven with plans to enslave humanity.

I think cleaning this logline up would help greatly. Something like “An intergalactic diamond huntress kidnapped by a ruthless space pirate en-route to Earth, must fight for her freedom in order to make it home before she is sentenced to death.”
It’s not perfect, but is punchier, in my opinion.
