Could probably replace "agrees" with "goes on". Admittedly - I'm sure this could be chopped down. Curious to know if the concept has much energy. Not sure if "whom he falls for" is a hook or twist. Certainly I hope "bad boy" and "struggling single mom" conjures up ideas of conflict. Also - on a sideRead more

Also – on a side note. Has anyone read this book? Dpg? Richiev?

Apparently it’s the best one for the ever-mysterious business side of screenwriting. Which lets face it – is just as important if not more.

    Cheers

After he forces a squatter out of his home, a house renovator learns the neighbourhood has a dark history, and must??

INTENTION: ? What do you think his intention is? His main objective goal? What happens next? Does he have to fight off the squatters??

OBSTACLE: Person above is right. ?Dark history? is too vague. We need something stronger and more specific. What is this guy actually up against??

I?d try to get that intention and obstacle as strong as possible.?

Anyways – good luck. Hope this helps.

Just playing with some old loglines. This one is from 2014 and I wanted the story to cut between two timelines - 1939 and 1955.Also - you could probably chop "together".
