"When he and his team are sent to a remote Helmand village to? secure free elections for the people,? a special forces captain must fight off Taliban forces determine to stop the vote."
As Richiev indicated, its usually better to write the logline in terms of an alpha character who leads the effort.? Or from a POV (Point of View) character, Like Charlie Sheen's character, Chris, in "Platoon".
The objective goal is rather vague.? When does this take place?? It's rather unrealistic, unbelievable after 19 years of a war with no end in sight, no light at the end of the tunnel, that any one fighting in Afghanistan would be under any illusion about winning the war, fixing the country.
And is this based upon personal combat experience?
