Sorry - and forgot to add that you have an element of conflict in there, too ... with the "struggle" to win over the virgin as well as fend off all temptations.

Too long - shrink down to one sentence that has irony, conflict, or perhaps both. You've nailed irony by contrasting "playboy" with "celibate" & "abstinence". So here's my recommendation, which may or may not resonate with you: "Choosing abstinence over his playboy lifestyle, a college senior struggles to win the heart of a celibate underclassman."
