Sorry if this is a little nitpicky and not affects the story or logline that much, but from what you're describing, it sounds like it's AR (Augmented Reality) rather than VR.

And... then what happens? You're describing a situation, and that's not really a logline. Give the hacker a tangible goal and a ticking clock, plus what happens if he fails.
