    I think you could tighten it up on the back-end. Flesh out the villainous family. Maybe they are crime lords / drug dealers who use animal rights activism (or the world’s largest online pet store) as a front. Tie the villains to some seemingly legitimate use of animals.

    Maybe their “villainous” streak is that they own a fishing fleet that uses driftnet fishing and actually kills mass numbers of penguins in their fishing boats’ nets.

    I think this logline is solid because any questions I might have will probably be answered during the course of the story. Character: Shy Girl Goal: Rescue/Find her father Outer Obstical: Nazi's Inner Obstacle: She's shy but must go outside Twist: There is an imaginary monster
