Your logline sounds very interesting. But it’s a little bit unclear. Let’s break it down:

1.Who is the main character? This black hat hacker, who is the most wanted.

2.Where? Is it a goverment in crisis? is it the city of an existing or fictitious country?

3.When? I suppose you mean the contemporary era, although it can also be in a cyberpunk future.

4.Why? (la razón o el llamado a la aventura) At first I thought the revealing of his identity was the reason but now I realized there’s no reason why. You can try by killing his son or lover or the good people of his country if he is the “good things that seem bad” kind of guy.

5.Is there a more specific antagonist beside the state? Like a corrupt president, or the goverment’s best hacker. The Mc needs someone’s face to punch >:)

6.What’s his goal? (¿Para qué?) Is his goal to clean his name or overthrow the state. I suppose it’s the last one.

7.Stakes: (apuestas) What’s in game? His identity or the safety of his people, or maybe the security of another nation.

With everything you have given me I can build the following example:

“In a future dystopian city, when the corrupt government’s top hacker kills his lover, the most wanted black hat hacker must topple the government before his identity is revealed.”

Although this is just an example, you can also draw your conclusions.
