    I love the goal, it makes for a very innocent and kind-hearted story, especially with two people that seem to be in quite hopeless situations. Not sure how it’s a comedy due to the utter hopelessness of the protag and his granddaughter, unless it’s a black comedy which could be fun.

You do have an interesting pairing, although the fact that it's a pleasure-android really seems like a very random element in an otherwise cookie-cutter crime drama.
