Interesting concept! What is he saving himself from? How does his childhood friend returning make him realize he himself is in danger?

Think about the following while sharpening this logline. 1. What kind of world is this story set in? 2. Who is this high school girl? She must have something going for her if SHE is the one to stop a robot invasion. 3. Why NOW must she race against time? What is the leading factor to push this catalRead more

Think about the following while sharpening this logline.
    1. What kind of world is this story set in?
    2. Who is this high school girl? She must have something going for her if SHE is the one to stop a robot invasion.
    3. Why NOW must she race against time? What is the leading factor to push this catalyst?
    4. What do these robots want from her or the school? What is so special about them as targets?

I or the community can take a crack at this if you add your responses.
    Take care.

The explanation is more interesting than the logline. That’s where the story hook seems to lie. In BCE, an alien race has “domesticated” feral homo sapiens like humans domesticated dogs from wolves.

And for what nefarious purpose? I mean, if dogs aren’t complaining, got a good deal out of the the arrangement, why *must* homo sapiens rebel?

And tragedy is a vague term. It could refer to any number of unhappy events. And in a logline, a word that could refer to any number of things means nothing at all.

    Be specific.
