Why does she want to get revenge on her older sister? How does invading her dreams do that? Freddie Kruger invades dreams but with the goal of killing the kids.
As it currently stands, I’m not sure I understand. It seems like you’re suggesting that by getting revenge on her older sister, she is able to invade dreams? Is that right? I feel like it might be a typo…

As Richiev said. What is his objective goal in invading the dreams?
And how is he able to invade anyone’s dreams.? There is no hint of an extraordinary psychic ability in the logline.
Two things. What is the revenge for, and how does invading the dream achieve that goal??
Adding those two things will make the logline more interesting?
